Introduction to intaglio printmaking, six hour workshop including etching and drypoint.

Participants will be encouraged to develop imagery from their own selected source materials and ideas. They will be guided through plate preparation, image transfer, mark making, etching, inking up, registration, signing and editioning of prints. We will explore multi-plate printing and addition of colour.

Join Susie Quinn, Westport based
artist and printmaker, for a six week
evening printmaking course. Susie is a full-time practicing artist and teacher.
All print practice media catered for*.
*participants are encouraged to bring any sketches / projects they would like to work on during the course.

Six Week Course – Wednesday Evenings 5.30pm – 7.30pm.

Wednesday 20th March – Wednesday 24th April.
